How to order

  1. Choose your item, sponge flavour and buttercream filling.
  2. Click 'Add to Cart'
  3. On the cart page you will be able to confirm your selection and add your delivery address.
  4. Complete the purchase by using your preferred payment method.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order - please check your junk folder, as it may be pushed there by your email provider.
  6. All orders are freshly baked and filled. We aim to get your parcel shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). 
  7. Once shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 24 and you should receive a one hour time slot for delivery.
  8. Orders received after 4pm on Friday, or over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday Monday).
